As Operations Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our daily distribution operations, leading teams to achieve operational excellence while developing future leaders.

Operational Leadership:

Daily Distribution Management

  • Oversee all distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, loading, shipping, will-call, and customer service
  • Ensure efficient workflows, process adherence, accurate inventory control, and optimized productivity metrics
  • Coordinate daily operations with drivers, warehouse associates, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, accurate delivery

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and space utilization
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or similar methodologies
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and execute corrective action plans
Team Leadership & Development:

Talent Management & People Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff while conducting performance evaluations and ongoing feedback
