Location: Hybrid, 1 Day per week in our Boston

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required, 1 Year Professional Work Experience

Salary: $60,000-$65,000


Position Summary:

We are searching for a self-motivated, dedicated employee who takes pride in their work, and can not only fill, but evolve the order processing function in a fast-growing company. This position will be responsible for processing all outbound purchase orders, scheduling all pick-up appointments, and communicating with buyers. This individual will need to be comfortable working at a fast pace and must have very strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


This role will report to the Senior Manager of Outbound Operations.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Process all outbound orders via EDI or manual entry within a 24-hour window. Review all POs for our Minimum Order Quantity, Pricing and Discount accuracies.

Alert Operations Team to any issues with PO accuracy, lead time issues, or inventory shortages.

· Schedule all pick up appointments and work with our warehouse to resolve delays

· Manage our sales order inbox to ensure good customer service and timely responses

· Manage inventory allocation based on customer guidelines, and limited time offerings

· Own the Pallet Transfer Process once orders have shipped

· Provide and maintain good customer relationships by communicating effectively with customers

· Work alongside ops team and sales team members to communicate shipment and fulfillment issues and customer inquiries

· Distribute a Weekly Report on Amazon Sales

· Manage Sales Trackers for Limited Time Offers, New Product Launches, and Seasonal opportunities

· Assist Operations Team with Special Projects


Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

· Very strong attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive personal management skills

· Ability to analyze and properly communicate excel based data

· Ability to establish relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and follow through on commitments

· Ability to work as a team player and partner to achieve company goals

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Experience with SPS Commerce and Business Central is preferred
