Job Title: Operations Associate

What We're Looking For...
We are seeking a team-oriented Operations Associate/Installation Coordinator for our growing branch location. This position works to ensure installation teams are well-trained with a goal of quality work and a positive customer experience.
The Installation Coordinator will be in constant communication with Installers and customers throughout the flooring installation process. The candidate must have leadership qualities, strong organization skills, and communicate well with various personality types.
What You'll Do...
  • Installation Coordination for Quick-Turn Jobs Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure installation is completed within 2-7 days from the sale date, meeting customer commitments.
  • Measure Square Output Verification Review and verify floor plan measurements and output from the Measure Square tool provided by the Sales team for each job.
  • Deposit and Financing Verification Confirm customer deposits, down payments, and financing holds are correctly processed and documented.
  • Material Procurement Order and track materials through vendor portals, ensuring timely availability for scheduled installations.
  • Installation Acceleration Monitor material readiness and proactively move up installation dates when materials are available sooner than expected.
  • Job Scheduling & Rescheduling Immediately contact customers for scheduling when jobs are sold without a confirmed install team; manage all rescheduling as needed.
  • Client Onboarding and Support Conduct welcome calls to all new clients, introducing yourself as the primary point of contact for technical questions and scheduling updates.
  • Customer Call Handling Receive and manage calls transferred from the Call Center regarding active jobs, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the installation and purchasing processes and recommend actionable improvements to reduce delays, minimize errors, and control costs.

  • Ability to work a five-day, 40+ hour work week, including availability on some Saturdays. Additional days or hours may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to take calls afternoon/evening and/or weekend hours.
