About UsAgape Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient pediatric clinic in Richland, WA serving children and families throughout the Tri-Cities.We provide occupational, physical, and speech therapy for children of all ages and conditions in a positive and collaborative environment. Agape has been voted Gold - BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities for three consecutive years.We are seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join our joyful and growing team.
About the Role At Agape, our Scheduling Coordinators play a vital role - helping children and families access the care they need! This position ensures families are welcomed, children are connected with therapy services, and provider schedules remain full.In this full-time role, you would answer phones, schedule appointments, maintain our waiting area, manage provider calendars, and fill openings when schedules change.This role will best be filled by someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

ScheduleThis is a 40 hour/week position with the following schedule
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 - 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 - 12:00 PM

QualificationsPrior medical scheduling experience is required


Responsibilities
  • Greet families warmly in person and on the phone
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy appointments
  • Manage waitlist and coordinate openings efficiently
  • Call and fax physician offices
  • Communicate with families regarding attendance, cancellations, and clinic policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area for families
  • Maintain accurate and up to date patient charts
  • Work both independently and cooperatively with members of our team
  • Collaborate with therapy providers and other administrative staff
  • Support clinic culture and mission
