Caring Angels Home Care is looking to hire a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our Great Neck, Long Island office. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play an integral part of the Coordination Department. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and excellence in patient care.

POSITION SUMMARY:

A Scheduling Coordinator executes and supports each clients’ home care solution. This includes maintenance of ongoing communication and coordination with the referral, family members, client, healthcare providers and intake sources for all clients. The Scheduling Coordinator plans for all home healthcare service coverage from caregivers, and companions while to ensuring that the patient/family are satisfied and receiving excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience using HHA Exchange is preferred.
