Scheduling Coordinator - Service Department

We are seeking Service Business Development employees at McGrath Honda of Elgin to join our team! With rapid growth of our service department there is a need for a Scheduling Coordinator to help assist in scheduling and managing customer's service appointments.

Essential Duties: (other duties may be assigned)

  • Deliver high levels of customer service
  • Understanding of new software
  • Track and evaluate progress through reports
  • Create and maintain customer account database
  • Data reporting and analysis of customer service history
  • Maintaining high volume of inbound customer traffic flow
