In this fast-paced and essential role, you serve as the connection between our caregivers, clients, and office team to keep care running smoothly every day.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
  • Create and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure consistent client coverage
  • Quickly fill open shifts due to call-offs, schedule changes, or new client cases
