Job description

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prioritize operational activities and special projects to support business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in prioritization and supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with global Demand Management and SCM/Operations teams to align demand and capacity under constraints.
  • Manage purchase orders from global suppliers in SAP, including creation, modification, and cancellation based on MRP requirements.
  • Generate and analyze data reports to maintain system integrity and support decision-making.
  • Ensure timely product delivery by working closely with global manufacturing plants and sites.
  • Escalate supply chain issues through established channels to resolve disruptions promptly.
  • Coordinate special shipments (airfreight/direct) with vendors and internal departments, and support inventory control management.
  • Validate and challenge demand planning inputs and market requirements for accuracy.
  • Achieve and maintain area KPIs and undertake tasks that contribute to Sales, Customer Service, and Demand Management goals.
Your Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in MRP, supply chain scheduling, purchasing, or procurement within a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of resource planning principles
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP BW (Business Warehouse), leveraging strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate insightful reports, complemented by advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access) and related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of import and export processes.
