  • Track gains, fades, and project performance metrics while communicating updates to the Project Team.
  • Support estimating by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement during project execution.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between field operations and the corporate office.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project teams, subcontractors, owners, and general contractors.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, progress updates, schedules, and three-week look-ahead plans.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation using company software platforms, including OneNote and Raken.
  • Communicate proactively with Superintendents multiple times each day to ensure project alignment.
  • Promote and uphold SCG Fields' safety culture on every project.
  • Review and approve Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), daily reports, and safety documentation.
  • Coordinate project-specific safety plans in partnership with the Director of Safety.
  • Exercise Stop Work Authority whenever unsafe conditions or work practices are observed.
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, contract documents, building codes, and applicable regulations.
  • Oversee quality control for both self-performed work and subcontractor performance.
  • Foster positive working relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design professionals.
  • Address project issues professionally and collaboratively while protecting SCG Fields' interests.
  • Hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, safety, workmanship, and contract compliance.
  • Support project closeout activities, including review of as-built documentation and final project deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, productivity, communication, and operational processes.
  • Share lessons learned with Operations, Estimating, and Project Management teams.
  • Assist in developing best practices that support the continued growth of SCG Fields.
  • Other duties as assigned.
