Endpoint EngineerIntroduction
The Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the endpoint management technologies within the organization. This includes implementing Autopilot, device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and more. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other teams.
Responsibilities- Hands-on administration and engineering experience with SCCM/Intune
- Manage device enrollment, policy management, and application deployment
- Create and distribute software updates and packages
- Manage Windows Server imaging and OS deployments
- Understand and manage Active Directory, DNS, and GPOs
- Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Identify and resolve system problems and escalate service desk issues
- Provide guidance to junior engineers and participate in project initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in SCCM/Intune administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 11 imaging
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and GPO management
