Job Summary:

Project Location: Brownsville, TX

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Per Diem: $75 per day worked.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with others to perform tasks.
  • Selects proper size and type of Scaffold materials according to the project specifications and dimensions.
  • Plans the installation to avoid obstructions and to avoid interfering with activities of the other workers.
  • Erect stationary, mobile and suspended scaffolds safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies and requirements.
  • Inspect and maintain installed scaffolds, repair and replace materials and components as required.
  • Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level.
  • Loads, transports, unloads materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assists in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and work pieces during installation.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Restocks supplies and materials as necessary.
  • Must be able to safely traverse uneven terrain with tools and building materials.
  • Must be able to climb vertical ladders and work above/below ground as necessary.
  • Performs a variety of tasks involving safe dexterous use of hand tools.
  • Safely operates power tools and equipment.
  • Adheres to all safety procedures.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 48 months of industrial construction experience.
