Enrich students' lives as a dynamic and dedicated part-time advertising and branding (ADBR) professor at SCAD, where students are immersed in ideal conditions to refine their acute technical skills, shape their design philosophy, and prepare for innovative careers in advertising. As a result of this dynamic and creative approach, our students regularly take top honors in industry competitions, and our alumni continue to tell the stories of the world's biggest brands.
At SCAD, you'll join a distinguished advertising faculty who bring years of professional experience and vital industry connections to the classroom. SCAD's primary objective is to provide high-quality educational opportunities to its students in a professional environment that fosters knowledge, creativity, discipline, and character.
You will:
• Prepare coursework, design a syllabus, and get syllabus approval
• Host office hours, midterm grade reviews, and more
• Provide students with extra help sessions, extended learning opportunities, and field trips outside of regular class hours
• Model professionalism, fulfill all grading and academic documentation requirements, and record attendance
• Assist with academic assessment and institutional effectiveness efforts
Minimum qualifications:
• Terminal degree in advertising and branding or a relevant discipline
• Academic and professional credentials to teach advertising and branding
• Two years of work experience in a related profession OR post-secondary teaching experience

Travel required:
• Less than 10%
