Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform diagnostic tests using advanced equipment to identify malfunctions.
  • Repair and replace faulty parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension and electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations and fluid checks.
  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections to ensure safety and identify potential issues.
  • Clearly communicate with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues, repair options and estimated timelines.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and time spent.
