All nurses are trained in clinical and procedural areas in order to provide a strong knowledge base of Urology. Additionally, this role may require some clinical coverage as determined by the needs of the department. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be autonomous in decision-making, and have excellent assessment skills.
