Job Summary:

As a NetSuite Junior Administrator at Fusion Transport, you will work with the NetSuite Administrator and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to ensure seamless business operations. This role involves configuring the system, managing user roles, providing end-user support, and building detailed system documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with NetSuite workflows, custom records, csv imports, saved searches, reporting, documentation, and training end users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Maintain and configure NetSuite, including managing roles, permissions, dashboards, and workflows to optimize business processes.
  • User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to ensure employees effectively utilize NetSuite.
  • Data Management: Perform CSV imports, data validation, and system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Saved Searches & Reporting: Create, modify, and manage saved searches and reports to provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve NetSuite utilization and enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Junior Administrator, System Analyst, or similar role.
