What is a Sauna job?

A Sauna job typically involves managing and maintaining sauna facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Responsibilities may include assisting guests, regulating temperature and humidity levels, and providing a relaxing experience. Some roles may also involve offering wellness services, such as aromatherapy or sauna rituals. Strong customer service skills and knowledge of health and safety guidelines are often required.

What is the difference between Sauna vs Massage Therapist?

AspectSaunaMassage Therapist

Sauna attendants help create a relaxing and hygienic environment for guests, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Manage project costs and timelines to maintain the team's overall profitability, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting installation deadlines.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Customs Director.

Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for nationwide installations. Comfortable with extended travel periods and flexible scheduling, including working irregular days and hours to accommodate customer availability.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, and using hand tools for construction and installation projects, including power tools and measuring devices.
    • Prior experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, or residential home improvement projects is required.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components (e.g., wiring, lighting, heating elements).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage installations independently from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Represent Sunlighten professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage customer expectations, explain technical details, and provide top-notch service.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality installations and strict adherence to safety standards.

Benefits
