About the Role:
Join Beem Light Sauna - Gilbert as a Wellness Sales Associate/Sauna Attendant in Gilbert, AZ, where you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness through our state-of-the-art Infrared sauna and Red Light experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to connect with customers and help them on their wellness journeys while working in a supportive and energetic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including weekends if needed. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guide clients in selecting sauna sessions tailored to their wellness goals.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized sauna environment to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and wellness practices.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
  • Promote and sell memberships, packages, and wellness products to enhance client engagement.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in restocking products as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
