Site Arrival Request (SAR) Administrator / Office Administrator
Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Site Arrival Request (SAR) Administrator / Office Administrator who provides administrative and travel coordination support to the 611th Air Support Squadron (611ASUS) at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. The role centers on managing Site Arrival Requests (SARs) and arranging travel for Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Regional Support Center (PRSC) site visitors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process SARs: Receive, process and maintain records of all Site Arrival Requests. Ensure that SARs are fully processed, vetted and communicated to the appropriate parties within three business days while tracking errors and holding submitters responsible for correcting their data.
  • Travel Scheduling: Arrange travel schedules with the PRSC Transportation Office and stakeholders for all travel-including military airlift-ensuring that requests are processed within three business days and travel plans are completed at least seven business days before the scheduled arrival.
  • Travel Coordination: Serve as the travel coordinator for all visitors, ensuring that travel approvals and certifications follow the established routing structure and that requests are coordinated with the PRSC Transportation Office within three business days.
  • Travel Documentation: Process travel arrangements by sending required documents to stakeholders, the Travel Management Office and the Air Mobility Command terminal. Maintain travel profile information for all travelers-including addresses, phone numbers, security clearances and emergency/medical evacuation plans-and update profiles within three business days of any changes.
  • Policy Communication: Assist the PRSC Transportation Office by informing stakeholders and travelers of relevant rules, regulations and procedures. Ensure that at least 98% of information provided is accurate and consistent with official guidance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including maintaining office continuity documentation, preparing monthly status reports and supporting program management reviews. Track action items discussed with government representatives and report status to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
  • Quality Assurance: Support quality control efforts by adhering to the performance standards and quality assurance surveillance plan outlined in PWS.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to operate a computer, perform data processing and use Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
  • Minimum of three years' (3) experience in general administrative duties; one year (1) of travel coordination or support experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient problem-solving ability; professionalism and courtesy; ability to articulate clearly and concisely; strong attention to detail; proficiency with calendars and scheduling tools; and adaptability to changing workloads.
