Sapporo USA and Stone Brewing have come together to form one of the top 15 largest breweries in the United States, building on the strong legacies of our celebrated heritages. We brew badass beers on both coasts at our breweries in Escondido, CA and Richmond, VA, and create amazing experiences at our Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens and Taproom locations. Summary

The Bistro Crew Member is responsible for upholding our Hospitality Standards throughout each task. This includes providing amazing customer service to every fan - from initial greeting to service of food, beverages, and clearing of tableware. If you have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and are dedicated to your craft, we want you.


Responsibilities

Warmly greet fans upon arrival and express gratitude during departure.

Demonstrate knowledge of restaurant events, policies, reservations, wait times, menu, and event options.

Execute all Bistro roles and assignments, including opening and closing duties.

Ensure fan interactions meet or exceed Bistro Service Standards.

Pour and serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks according to Bistro standards.

Understand and comply with health and safety regulations for Team Stone and fans.

Maintain safety and sanitary standards to meet company and local authority requirements.

Assist fans and peers with point of sale (POS) functionality and processing.

Monitor fan dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.

Serve all beverages consistently with Bistro standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of related experience and/or training in high-volume restaurants.
  • Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems.
  • Must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card, issued by the city of San Diego.
  • Must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate. Certified Beer Server preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
