Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
1-35+ years of experience in SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) support
2- Strong knowledge of Expense Management and Travel processes.
3-Hands-on experience with:
• Expense types, policies, and workflows
• Approval hierarchies and audit rules4:
• Expense Reports
• Travel bookings
• Invoice module (optional but preferred)
4 Knowledge of integrations with ERP systems (SAP/S4, HR systems, credit card feeds).
5 Experience in incident management, defect fixing, and ticket handling.
6 Knowledge of change management, release management, and testing (UAT/Regression).
7 Experience in user administration and configuration changes.
8 Understanding of finance processes (AP, reimbursement, compliance policies).
9 Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and audit support.
10Familiarity with integration error handling and data issues.
11 SAP Concur certification is preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
1 Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice).
2 Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within SLA.
3 Support end users in resolving issues related to expense reports, travel, and approvals.
4 Configure and maintain policies, workflows, and system settings.
5 Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.
6 Perform testing for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
7 Monitor and resolve integration issues with external systems.
8 Create documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
9 Ensure compliance with internal financial and audit requirements.
10 Provide training and guidance to end users.
Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 a year
