Principal SAP Work Management Functional Analyst - MobilityPiedmont, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)The Principal SAP Work Management Functional Analyst will configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade SAP Enterprise Resources Planning Plant Maintenance and Project Systems application modules. This role will analyze business requirements, create functional design documents, and perform ERP system configuration and customization to provide system solutions.

Responsibilities:

Define standard processes in SAP S4 enterprise asset management and work management modules.

Design and implement enterprise scheduling and dispatch solutions, integrating with enterprise asset management.

Analyze complex business processes and implement integrated solutions.

Understand current and future business needs and propose IT solutions.

Map business requirements to SAP S4 system capabilities and configure accordingly.

Requirements:

10+ years of IT experience.8+ years as a Functional Analyst in Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance in SAP ERP.Experience implementing an enterprise scheduling solution (e.g., ClickSoftware, Salesforce Field Service Lightning) integrated with SAP EAM.Experience implementing an enterprise mobility platform (e.g., SAP Service and Asset Manager, ABB/Ventyx Service Suite mobile) integrated with SAP EAM.Experience in SAP compatible units, configuring master data, and using CUs for SAP designs.

Desired: Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana, Plant Maintenance, EAM, Intelligent Asset Manager, Oracle P6/Primavera, Maximo, Infor or similar tools.

Gas and/or electric utility industry experience.
