Role Summary

The SAP Security Lead is responsible for defining, owning, and executing the SAP Security strategy and roadmap while remaining actively engaged in hands-on design, governance, and delivery.

This role translates business objectives, regulatory (SOX) requirements, and transformation initiatives into a practical and actionable SAP security roadmap. It combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise in SAP security, governance, risk, and compliance.

The role spans SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP GRC, and Security Weaver, partnering closely with internal teams, auditors, and stakeholders to embed security by design across transformation programs and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and communicate SAP Security strategy, roadmap, and target state with executive visibility
  • Act as the SAP security design authority across initiatives and releases
  • Provide leadership for S/4HANA transformations, upgrades, and system changes

Governance & Compliance

  • Govern SAP access models, roles, authorizations, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
  • Oversee SAP GRC programs, including Firefighter (EAM) and user access reviews
  • Support SOX compliance, internal audits, and external (Big 4) audits
  • Manage control walkthroughs, evidence strategy, and remediation tracking

Delivery & Collaboration

  • Ensure secure and scalable design across SAP landscapes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SAP Basis, architecture, audit, and business teams
  • Embed security into transformation and operational processes

SAP Security Tools & Processes

  • SAP GRC Access Control

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of SAP Security experience (S/4HANA environment)
  • Experience with at least 3 S/4HANA greenfield implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Strong expertise in roles/authorizations, SoD, and governance frameworks
  • Proven experience supporting SOX and audit environments (Big 4 exposure preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in regulated, audit-driven environments

Conception & Livraison

  • Recueillir les exigences et concevoir/configurer des solutions de securite SAP/GRC
  • Revoir les conceptions existantes et recommander des ameliorations
  • Concevoir et maintenir SAP GRC (ARM, ARA, EAM)
  • Gerer la securite Fiori (catalogues, roles, tuiles, espaces)

Gouvernance & Conformite

  • Gerer la segregation des taches (SoD) et les strategies de remediation
  • Mettre en uvre des controles techniques et organisationnels
  • Assurer la conformite avec les politiques de securite de l'information
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes

Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborer avec les equipes metiers, SAP Basis et IT
  • Configurer des objets techniques (BRF+, MSMP, LDAP, workflows)
  • Participer aux activites de deploiement (cutover) et aux cycles de test
  • Resoudre les incidents et ameliorer les performances des solutions

Formation & Sensibilisation

  • Former les utilisateurs sur les processus GRC
  • Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques en securite SAP

Qualifications

  • Baccalaureat ou maitrise en informatique ou domaine connexe
  • 10+ ans d'experience en securite SAP et conception de roles
  • 3+ ans d'experience avec SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience avec SAP GRC (tous modules)
  • Connaissance de BW, BPC et architecture SAP
  • Certification SAP ou CISA (atout)
  • Solides competences analytiques et en resolution de problemes
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication
  • Leadership et gestion de projet
  • Experience en milieu manufacturier (atout)
  • Bilinguisme francais/anglais (atout)
