Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to assess their current sales & distribution processes i.e. sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, etc.
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including order-to-cash (O2C) cycle.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide guidance on best practices and standard SAP configurations to achieve business objectives.
Engage and provide guidance in integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), LE (Logistics Execution), and FI (Financial Accounting).
Conduct detailed requirement analysis, process design, system configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion within budget and scope.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system utilization.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SD features, updates, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in sales & distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other systems and processes.
Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and sales support materials for prospective clients.
Required Skills & Experience
8 to 10 Years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, including order processing, billing, pricing, and customer service processes.
Proven track record of successful SAP SD project implementations and optimizations within industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, and Logistics & Distribution.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Strong team stakeholder engagement and team management, team player skills
SAP SD certification is highly desirable.
