Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual SAP PMO Consultant to support project coordination and operational management for SAP-related initiatives. This role will work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, progress tracking, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day project coordination for SAP-related initiatives
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and maintain reports, status updates, and project documentation
  • Monitor project issues and help facilitate timely resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HQ (Korea)
  • Ensure clear communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination, PMO, or related roles
  • Exposure to SAP environments or IT projects is a plus
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred

Salary: 120K+ (D.O.E) /yr.
