Job description

Conduct application and reporting analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancements. Assist and conduct design and blueprinting sessions for SAP Analytics implementations. Support the solution architect in delivering solutions that include SAP BW/4 HANA, Enterprise HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Objects (BOBJ). Utilize SAP analytics process design and development to include SAP HANA design, development, integration, testing and deployment as well as SAP Hana technical architecture. Utilize SAP and non-SAP analytic technologies to ensure comprehensive data solutions for clients, including SAP HANA Extended Application Services (HANA XSA), SAP HANA S/4HANA (Core Data Services Views), SAP Fiori user experience (SAP Fiori), SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Business Warehouse for HANA (SAP BW/4HANA). Develop, implement, and leverage advanced data analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions to meet client requirements to offer data-driven insights that enhance decision-making processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth for our clients. Identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations. Coordinate project teams for complete end-to-end engagements, ensuring adherence to leading practices and ensure resources are utilized effectively. Participate in business development activities by identifying new opportunities and assist with proposal development as well as contribute to thought leadership in the evolution of Business Intelligence/Analytics methodologies and intellectual capital including publishing articles, whitepapers, or conduct research to support SAP Analytics initiatives. Contribute to the development and evolution of KPMG SAP implementation methodologies and intellectual capital by writing whitepapers or performing research in support of SAP Analytics initiatives.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 40%.
Travel to various international locations required up to 10%.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Utilizing SAP Analytics, Business Warehouse (BI/BW) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company; SAP Hana 1.0 and 2.0; SAP Smart Data Integration and Extraction Transformation; Loading tools including SAP SDI/ETL tools; SAP Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning; and Non-SAP Business Intelligence and Business Warehouse tools, including Oracle Business Intelligence (Oracle BI), IBM Cognos Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, and Hadoop.
Must have one Full lifecycle project implementation with SAP HANA SQL or SAP S/4 HANA.
Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.
