Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Procurement Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) with a focus on procurement processes, configuration, implementation, and support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, configure SAP MM modules, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Configure and support SAP MM functionalities including:
    • Procurement Process
    • Purchase Requisitions
    • Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
    • Purchase Orders (PO)
    • Contract Management
    • Source Determination
    • Vendor Evaluation
    • Inventory Management
    • Invoice Verification
  • Design and implement end-to-end procurement solutions within SAP MM.
  • Work with business users to improve procurement efficiency and streamline purchasing operations.
  • Configure release strategies, pricing procedures, output determination, and account assignments.
  • Support master data management for materials, vendors, purchasing info records, and source lists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, FICO, WM/EWM, and PP modules.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend best-practice SAP solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide end-user training and create functional documentation.
  • Support production issues, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
