  • Administer Access: Manage day-to-day user provisioning, modifications, and de-provisioning across the SAP landscape.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Manage SAP user accounts throughout the full user lifecycle including user creation, modification, lock/unlock, and deactivation activities.
  • Process and coordinate user access requests, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained in accordance with company policies and SOX requirements.
  • Assign and maintain SAP security roles and profiles based on approved business requirements and established security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP user access issues, password resets, authorization errors, and account-related incidents in a timely manner.
  • Support onboarding, transfers, and termination processes to ensure accurate and compliant user access management.
  • Maintain user access documentation, procedures, forms, and audit records related to SAP security administration activities.
  • Assist with periodic user access reviews and audit activities to validate appropriate system access and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with business users, functional teams, and IT support teams to understand access requirements and provide user support.
  • Monitor shared accounts, emergency access, and privileged access processes to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Assist in maintaining segregation of duties compliance by following established access governance procedures.
  • Support SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects by assisting with user setup, testing access, and validating security assignments.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, training documentation, and end-user guidance materials related to SAP access processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and improve SAP user management processes and service delivery.
  • Provide support during after-hours activities and project deployments as needed.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting SAP user administration and access management activities in an SAP environment preferred. Experience working with SAP S4 Hana is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP security concepts, user roles, authorizations, and access management processes.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance and audit-related access control requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business users.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and user request management processes is a plus.
  • A willingness to learn new areas, be a team player, and support peers.
  • A willingness to work after hours and on weekends during special project rollouts.
