SAP Project Manager -3 positions.

Lakewood, CO Hybrid

Only W2 Consultants

To augment their project management team, the client is seeking dedicated Project Managers with domain expertise in at least one of the following areas:

  • Logistics Transportation Management (TM) and 3PL
  • Logistics Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) / Warehouse Management
  • Source-to-Pay / Ariba (procurement, both direct and indirect; Ariba experience strongly preferred)

These Project Managers will:

  • Bring hands-on experience leading ERP transformations, particularly SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Drive delivery across their respective functional workstreams.
  • Partner with business process owners to define user stories and gather requirements.
  • During delivery, support oversight of the Systems Integrator (SI), including management of offshore resources to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate issue resolution by organizing review sessions, documenting risks and issues, and driving them to closure.
  • Track and manage action items, ensure adherence to key milestones, and translate workstream activities into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the SI, and the client s technical teams.

Experience

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and experience of program management in an IT setting or equivalent experience.
  • SAP experience, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation in the Operations/Manufacturing domain.
  • Experience with discrete or process manufacturing environments is desired.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

SKILLS

  • Knowledge of MDG, EWM, IBP, or Ariba integration is a bonus.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and working with cross functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate project and program objectives to internal and external teams including clear, timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to analyze complex data
