Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Manager for a position located in Denver, Colorado, and Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Project Manager will be responsible for construction scheduling oversight and management using Primavera P6. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of project management or related experience. Project Manager Responsibilities: Manage and integrate vendor project schedules into a master project schedule. Track schedule adherence and hold vendors accountable to committed delivery dates.

Monitor resource availability across vendor crews to support project execution. Communicate schedule impacts, risks, and updates to internal stakeholders. Provide oversight of schedule quality, compliance, and overall project performance.

Support design-build partnerships to help keep projects on schedule. Contribute to accurate capital forecasting through effective schedule management. Review and validate schedules submitted by vendors.

Report schedule noncompliance and identify poor schedule quality. Maintain scheduling dashboards and project reporting tools. Identify vendor performance issues and work directly with underperforming vendors to improve schedule performance.

Requirements of the Project Manager: Minimum of five years of project management or related experience; utility industry experience preferred. Extensive experience with construction scheduling. Proficiency with Primavera P6.

Experience with SAP. Strong Microsoft Excel reporting skills. Business Objects reporting experience preferred.

Experience integrating and managing large-scale project schedules. Ability to hold vendors accountable to schedule commitments. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
