Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Broomfield, CO that is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise SAP applications. This role will manage a team of SAP professionals, oversee ERP projects, drive process improvements, and ensure the SAP environment remains secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of SAP administrators, architects, consultants, and external partners
* Define the SAP roadmap in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders
* Oversee SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing support
* Manage system performance, security, compliance, patches, and overall platform stability
* Improve agile delivery, change management, and support processes
* Manage vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and team performance metrics
* Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 8+ years of SAP/ERP implementation and support experience, including leadership of SAP teams and projects
* 5+ years supporting SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and PLM
* Strong understanding of manufacturing, finance, supply chain, or HR business processes
* Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as required by government contract regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* SAP certifications
* Hands-on enterprise SAP architecture, implementation, and support experience
* Experience leading technology transformations, process improvements, or organizational change
* Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
