Description The SAP Business Process Analyst III plays a key role in supporting and optimizing SAP HCM solutions including SAP HCM on-premises and migration to SuccessFactors cloud solutions. This position delivers high-impact solutions across functional and technical areas, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. Working under the guidance of the Supervisor of Business Systems Support, this role partners closely with HR and Payroll to enhance core HR operations and ensure the stability and effectiveness of SAP HCM, U.S

Payroll and SuccessFactors integrations within the organization. (Hybrid - 3 days onsite; first 90 days 100% onsite) Examples of Duties Provides expert-level production and system maintenance support of automated solutions, as described below: Production Support Leverage SAP experience and knowledge to support best practices with proven understanding of process integration within the SAP landscape Maintain SAP HCM Modules (Personnel Administration, Benefits, Organizational Management, Time Management) prior to migration to SuccessFactors Support U.S. payroll operations by managing configuration, executing testing, troubleshooting issues, validating results, and maintaining wage types, payroll rules, and BSI Tax Factory settings Support year-end Tax Reporter payroll activities (W2s/1099s), tax updates and compliance tasks Assist with design, data migration and testing of migration from HCM On-Premise to SuccessFactors Provide functional support for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

Assist with Employee Central integrations with Employee Central Payroll and SAP S4/HANA Ensure data replication integrity across SAP & SuccessFactors systems Create and maintain reports using analytical/query tools Document process and system configurations Identify opportunities to streamline HR and Payroll processes Document workflows and training materials; collaborate with project teams Typical Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business or related field preferred 2 to 4 years of experience supporting or configuring SAP HCM On-Premise Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (support or configuration) Experience with either SAP On-Premise Payroll or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Experience with BSI Tax Factory preferred Experience with integrations between SAP S4/HANA and SuccessFactors preferred Ability to work with functional teams and communicate how SAP solutions support HR and payroll business processes Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to train, mentor, and support governance initiatives Knowledge of Power BI or other analytical/query tools Must pass a drug test and meet onsite work requirements
