  • Location: Remote with approx. once per quarter presence in HQ

As a SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant (f/m/d) you play an important role in our company. You advise leadership teams across our clients in diverse industries. Within SAP (S/4HANA) implementation projects, you play a key role in the technical efficiency of the implementation of the project and are the contact person for the project management, the project team and customer management for difficult or highly sensitive questions in the context of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) or SAP Management Accounting (CO).

Responsibilities
  • Central responsibility for technical analysis, solution design, implementation (customizing), and migration within challenging S/4HANA projects
  • Leading teams in developing concepts and methodologies for controlling, standardizing, and optimizing business processes
  • Taking on (partial) project management responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse client portfolio with varying levels of complexity
  • Working across multiple clients and adapting to different challenges
  • Supporting and guiding junior consultants

Skills
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP FI/CO
  • Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, with hands‑on experience in S/4HANA implementations (1-3 end‑to‑end projects completed), including customizing and integration topics
  • Solid understanding of financial and controlling processes, with a focus on optimization and transformation
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
  • Experience in leading a team in at least one project
  • Leadership experience in guiding project teams and driving cross‑functional collaboration
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and delivery quality
  • Experience in presales and proposal preparation, with the ability to contribute to winning new business
  • Client‑facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and confidence in handling critical or high‑impact issues
  • English B2+, German B2+ (or communicative with willingness to learn)
