Job description

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for SAP Financial Analyst

SAP Financial Analyst (Boise, ID- Onsite)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Master data cleanup and validation (profit centers, cost centers, data structures)
  • Support migration from current SAP systems to S/4HANA
  • Process mapping for finance workflows
  • Analyze and understand existing data structures and flows
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A, revenue accounting, and cross-functional teams
  • Execute daily financial reporting tasks (P&L, variance analysis)
  • Build/modify dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred)

Required Qualifications:

  • This is a Sr level role. Minimum 10+ years of experience required
  • Experience with financial reporting, P&L analysis, cost variance
  • Understanding of core finance concepts (e.g., gross margin)
  • Strong SAP experience (ERP data structures, master data)
  • Exposure to S/4HANA transition environments (experience helpful, not mandatory)
  • Understanding of financial data flows and reporting systems (e.g., TM1/SACP transition exposure is a plus)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI advantageous)
  • Ability to interpret how reports are built, not just generate outputs
