Job description

Assist the Director of Student Life & Ivy Cares with projects for Ivy Cares (the HUB - pantry, loaner laptops, hotspots) and Student Life (planning, implementation, and setup/tear down for programs, as well as general office work).

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Student Life Director on projects.
2. Digitize documents.
3. Assist in the management loaner laptop/hotspot program.
4. Staff the food pantry.
5. Manage food pantry donations.
6. Assist in the planning and implementation of Student Life programming.

General Qualifications:
