Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing large-scale ERP implementation initiatives, including cloud-based ERP platforms. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and project objectives are achieved with a high degree of quality. The Project Manager works closely with project team members, business stakeholders, and technical resources to coordinate activities, manage risks, and drive successful project outcomes. This position requires strong project management skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to maintain momentum across a complex enterprise initiative.

Essential Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams to develop comprehensive project plans, documentation, and schedules.

Lead project meetings to identify risks, drive issues to resolution, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and align with project objectives.

Obtain proper approvals and signatures for change requests, as applicable.

Provide regular status reports and project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Oversee documents and translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans.

Manage the development and execution of test cases during all phases of testing.

Coordinate testing and resource participation throughout the project lifecycle.

Foster strong working relationships with project participants and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager leading IT or enterprise systems projects

Experience leading or supporting cloud-based ERP system implementations such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Cloud, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.

Experience managing multi-year ERP implementation or transformation programs from planning through deployment and stabilization.

Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams during enterprise system implementations.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization

Proven ability to lead diverse teams, facilitate meetings, and drive results through collaboration and accountability

Proficiency in computer skills - word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing

Preferred:

PMP certifications are a plus
