Please note that this position specifically involves SAP skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAP End-User Support:
Module: SD/MM/PP/FICO
1. User Assistance and Support
- Respond to end-user queries related to SAP.
- Provide timely resolutions to user-reported issues, including system errors, transaction problems, and system performance.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams (SAP consultants - Outsourcing) when necessary.
2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolve SAP-related technical and functional issues (e.g., login issues, system errors, transaction problems).
- Assist in resolving issues across SAP modules (SD/MM/PP/FICO)
3. System Monitoring and Maintenance
- Perform daily system health checks to ensure SAP systems are functioning properly.
- Identify and troubleshoot system performance issues, bottlenecks, or configuration errors.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis Consultant teams (Outsourcing) to ensure system availability and performance.
4. User Training and Guidance:
- Conduct training sessions or one-on-one coaching for users on SAP functionalities.
- Create and update user manuals.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and escalations for future reference.
- Assist with data entry, process documentation, and report generation using SAP modules.
6. Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with Teams, SAP consultants, and business analysts to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
- Coordinate with business units to understand their requirements and align SAP functionalities to meet their operational needs.
7. SAP System Enhancements:
- Bi-weekly meeting with SAP ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) to update Earlier Alert Watch Report status.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Participate in testing and implementing new SAP updates, patches, and functionalities.
8. Compliance and Security:
- Ensure SAP end-users comply with the company's SAP usage policies (User roles).
- Assist in maintaining data integrity, security, and confidentiality within the SAP environment
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take possession of Client/User/IT/Communication concerns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot manufacturing software and equipment.
• Investigate computer issues for plant and office personnel.
• Advance concerns to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Provide technical support for any plant and office personnel during shift hours.
• Maintain inventory list of IT equipment.
• Provide support for all communication systems including telephone lines, cellular phones, cabling, telecommunication billing, fax, copier and ordering of services and supplies.
• Install and configure new systems and reallocate older systems.
• Routinely update ticketing system on a regular basis.
• Maintain effective security and virus protection systems for server and desktop computers.
• Other tasks and responsibilities related to IT coverage for the company.
• Work in both an office setting and production/manufacturing area with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Moderate levels of walking, standing, bending, and lifting when performing job duties in the production area. Office setting requires sitting and use of a computer terminal/workstation.
• Address IT issues that interrupt production operations as overseen by both Operations/Production management staff and IT Manager.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required:
o 1-3 years of experience in SAP end-user support or a similar role.
o Experience in working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC 6.0
o Experience in providing user training and preparing documentation.
Preferred:
o Experience in working with EDI (830/ 850/ 856/ 862/ 810/ 820/ 824).
o Experience in working with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
o Experience in working with OpenText B2B Management Center.
o Experience in a specific industry (e.g., automotive, manufacturing) where SAP is extensively used.
o Knowledge of SAP implementation and project management processes.
o Soft skills: (Problem-Solving, Communication...)
o MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
Salary: $65-75k per year, based on experience
