Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Functional Lead/Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP/ATP), and SAP Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end planning and manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration across procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
This role requires deep business process knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
SAP Production Planning (PP)
• Design, configure, and implement SAP Production Planning solutions.
• Configure and support:
o Material Master
o Bill of Materials (BOM)
o Routings
o Production Versions
o Work Centers
o Production Orders
o Process Orders
o Repetitive Manufacturing
• Configure and optimize MRP Live and Classic MRP.
• Support Demand Management and Long-Term Planning.
• Optimize production scheduling and capacity planning.
• Support Engineering Change Management (ECM).
Improve manufacturing efficiency using SAP best practices
ATP / Advanced ATP (aATP)
• Configure and optimize SAP ATP/aATP functionality.
• Design and implement:
o Product Availability Check
o Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)
o Backorder Processing (BOP)
o Product Allocation (PAL)
o Release for Delivery
• Improve order confirmation accuracy and customer delivery commitments.
