A SAP ECM (Enterprise Content Management) specialist is a professional who manages and implements SAP's solutions for organizing, storing, and retrieving electronic documents and unstructured data within an organization. They ensure that business documents are easily accessible, secure, and compliant with regulations. Their responsibilities often include integrating SAP ECM with other business processes, configuring document workflows, and supporting users in document management tasks. These specialists play a crucial role in digital transformation initiatives by streamlining document-centric processes and improving information governance.

How does a SAP ECM specialist typically collaborate with other departments within an organization?

SAP ECM specialists often work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business process owners, to ensure effective document and content management.
