Planning Transformation & Business Optimization

  • Lead S&OP transformation initiatives toward an integrated, cross-functional IBP framework.
  • Enhance commercial excellence by optimizing order-to-cash performance and customer fulfillment capabilities.
  • Enable scenario modeling and what-if analysis to support executive decision-making and financial optimization.

Execution, Governance & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership, resolving complex functional and technical challenges.
  • Drive adoption of SAP and data-first S&OP best practices and clean core principles across implementations.
  • Provide oversight to system integrators and third-party partners to ensure quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in complex manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
