Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementations, enhancements, and support engagements
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and define future-state processes
  • Configure and support:
    • Concur Expense
    • Concur Travel
    • Expense Policies
    • Approval Workflows
    • Audit Rules
    • Expense Compliance
    • Corporate Card Integrations
    • User Administration
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Compliance teams to optimize business processes
  • Lead integration activities with:
    • SAP ECC / S/4HANA
    • HR systems
    • Payroll systems
    • Corporate card providers
    • Travel booking systems
  • Provide consulting recommendations and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Drive project planning, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities
  • Support data migration and integration validation
  • Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development
  • Ensure adherence to travel and expense compliance policies
  • Support issue resolution and continuous process optimization
