Join our team as an experienced SAP Change & Release Manager and play a pivotal role in orchestrating the end-to-end release lifecycle across our extensive SAP ERP landscape in Orlando, FL. You will ensure seamless deployments, mitigate operational risk, and drive strategic alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders. This is a high-visibility position with significant impact on our organization's digital transformation.
[Responsibilities]
- Govern and communicate the SAP release schedule across development, QA, and production environments for all deployment types (major, emergency, standalone, planned).
- Coordinate across functional, technical, and business teams to ensure smooth, compliant release deliveries and effective go/no-go decisions.
- Oversee SAP transport sequencing, dependency checks, import logs, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure system integrity.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate centralized release and transport management processes, including documentation, calendars, and governance materials.
- Facilitate and actively contribute to Change and Release Manager Board meetings, evaluating business risk, downtime, and rollback strategies.
- Lead root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and conflict management for release-related issues.
- Champion best practices and drive continuous improvement in change and release management processes.
