Job Description:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. At least 10 years of experience in SAP, with 4 or more years in BTP solution architecture. Hands-on experience with BTP services including CAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, Event Mesh, and Security services. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and APIs. Proven team management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex projects. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, AI/ML services, and Analytics Cloud.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards for BTP deployments.
  • Guide application modernization, cloud migration, and integration strategies with third-party systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of tech leads, developers, and integration specialists.
  • Drive knowledge sharing, skills development, and team performance improvement.
