Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer with functional testing capabilities in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate understands both the technical data orchestration layer within BTP and the functional flow of procurement processes within S/4HANA to independently execute, troubleshoot, and validate integration scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Development: Architect and develop end-to-end integration flows (iFlows) using SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI, API Management).
  • Interface Mapping: Design complex data transformations (XML, JSON, Flat Files) to align S/4HANA enterprise structures with Source-to-Pay cloud platform data models.
  • S/4HANA Functional Testing: Independently execute end-to-end testing by simulating and triggering business processes directly within S/4HANA (e.g., creating Purchase Requisitions, releasing Purchase Orders, posting Goods Receipts/Invoices).
  • Data Validation: Verify that master data (Suppliers, Cost Centers, Gl Accounts, Material Master) and transactional data sync accurately between S/4HANA tables/OData services and Source-to-Pay cloud platform.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose integration failures across the entire stack-analyzing BTP runtime logs, checking S/4HANA application logs (SRT_UTIL, SM58, SLG1), and reviewing Source-to-Pay cloud platform API responses.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and Source-to-Pay cloud platform IT to define test cases, build test scripts, and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Technical & Functional Skills
  • SAP BTP Integration Suite: 3-5 years of hands-on experience building iFlows, configuring adapters (OData, SOAP, IDoc, SFTP), and utilizing Groovy Script/JavaScript.
  • S/4HANA Functional Competency: Working knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and FI (Financial Accounting) modules.
  • SAP Testing Toolset: Ability to navigate S/4HANA UIs (Fiori/GUI), use standard transaction codes (e.g., ME21N, MIGO, MIRO, BP), view database tables (SE16N), and utilize debugging/monitoring tools.
  • Cloud Procurement Connectivity: Experience interfacing middleware Source-to-Pay cloud platforms (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba) via REST/SOAP APIs and file-based transfers.
  • Modern SAP Integration Protocols: Deep understanding of S/4HANA standard APIs, OData V2/V4 services, and standard Enterprise Services alongside traditional IDocs.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automated testing tools or Postman for API testing.
  • SAP Certification in BTP Integration Suite or S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
