Job Summary:
- Serve as SAP FICO Systems Analyst for onsite 3-month contract in St. Louis, MO (potential to extend).
- Collaborate with business teams to configure and maintain SAP FICO modules based on business needs.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system solutions to address gaps.
- Deliver detailed design specifications and documentation.
- Perform configuration across all FI modules; CO and Project Systems experience is a plus.
- Develop user documentation and conduct user training for FICO processes.
- Document functional design specs for ABAP development.
- Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules and business functions.
- Create and execute implementation plans; lead teams during system cutovers and enhancements.
- Provide cross-functional support for problem resolution, audit, and ad-hoc requests.
- Support end users on BI/BW reporting requirements.
- Utilize 5-10 years of SAP FICO experience; full cycle SAP implementation preferred.
- Leverage experience as an Accountant or Financial Analyst (highly desirable).
- Work with multi-company code, multi-currency SAP environments.
- Support SAP banking processes (EFT, wires, checks, lockbox, in-house banking).
- Integrate with 3rd-party add-ons (Avalara, Serrala, Concur, ADP, SAP BFC/FIM, etc.).
- Write and maintain SAP substitution and validation rules.
- Support business consolidations and intercompany transaction configuration.
- Provide end user support for SAP BI reporting and data model understanding.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP configuration, module integration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively.
- Exhibit strong self-motivation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Create technical documentation and use Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
- Experience with business process automation tools and FICO reporting tools (Report Writer/Painter) is a plus.
