Mandatory Qualifications:
5 - 7 years' experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, and/or SAP Applications IT Architect;
Practical design and development experience including solid knowledge and proficiency in SAP ERP Systems;
Principles and best business practices of SAP application architecture;
Principles and techniques for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SAP's Implementation Life Cycle;
Principles and techniques of analyzing and documenting all product lifecycle technical artifacts such as: Technical Requirements Documents and Physical and Logical Architecture Diagrams;
Project management methods, tools, and techniques;
Principles and techniques of creating project resource estimates and budgets;
Networking technologies and data structures;
Web design and best practices for Web content management, tools and technologies, connectivity issues, browser issues;
ITIL Service Management
Relational databases and database reporting tools;
Preparing a variety of effective written materials and oral presentations;
Best practices and emerging technologies in assigned area;
Customer Service principles;
Experienced with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio;
Ability to identify and evaluate alternative solutions, costs and benefits;
Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing.

Responsibilities:
Perform SAP Basis Administration duties, including (but not limited to):
o Planning, preparation, installation of SAP applications;
o Upgrading SAP semi-annual releases and SAP Feature Support Packs;
o Performing SAP operational activities, setup, configuration, transports, troubleshooting, tuning and problem resolution;
o Actively monitoring SAP systems to ensure they are properly tuned and performing appropriately;
o Managing SAP account administration and user profiles;
o Tuning SAP system parameters to optimize the performance of the application;
Updating the tax rules using BSI application.
Perform SAP Application Engineering duties for Phoenix (SAP) systems:
o Under the direction of the SAP Enterprise Architect. Design/redesign the architecture for hardware and software that meets the requirement of the Phoenix program.
o Participate in the identification of requirements related to the procurement of services for the Client.
o Present technical requirements and design to the ITSO Technology Team for approval
Plan for technical hardware and software changes
Create Work Order requirements documents and project plans for system integration/interface projects and all projects requiring third-party vendor assistance for specific Phoenix implementations.
Coordinate SAP change management requests and implementation with hosting providers and provide issue resolution for the 100+ SAP Production Interfaces which include banking, services, employee benefits, courts and external systems such as court case management systems and Uniform Civil Fees System (UCFS).
Lead the deployment of new functionality, applications and technologies by developing plans, coordinating with vendors and setting project timelines and priorities.
Lead and/or participate in project meetings with business units, courts, Enterprise Architects, Network and Security Teams, Phoenix Team, Managed Services Team and outside vendors.
Perform and advise on SAP Application Security Administrator duties
o Make sure that the SAP application data is encrypted across the WAN
o Maintain application authorizations for SAP and RWD for all end users of Phoenix
Create new roles in the application as per the business requirement
Perform Technical Lead activities for Phoenix Project:
o Assign and review the technical work for SAP technical team members. Identify the technical tasks that need to be done by the team
o Provide leadership to the technical process involving annual Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise at client hosting vendors.
Review the technical procedures and steps executed during this disaster recovery exercise
Perform duties of the Technical Project Manager:
o Create and maintain technical project plans
o Participate in the meetings with client hosting vendors
Monitor progress and report status to the Project Management Office (PMO)
Coordinate and lead project team meetings, problem resolution meetings and new functionality assessment meetings as required - weekly.
Coordinate the development of, contribute to and review system documentation and procedures- monthly.
Advise court users concerning system technical constraints, acceptance testing, performance criteria and complex design issues - as needed.
Assist with troubleshooting court system compatibility issues with the Phoenix application - ongoing.
Collaborate with business users in the selection, acquisition and deployment of new technologies such as the Neopost automated mail processing application. Engage the product vendor to develop specifications, functionality and project deployment plans for implementation. -as needed.
Participate in the production of Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals - as needed.
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions - as needed.
Monthly status report.
