Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automation + AI/ML Engineer with a strong SAP background to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions for enterprise business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP SD, exposure to SAP MM/FI integrations, and hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, agent-based workflows, and API automation.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP teams, API/integration teams, and automation engineers to develop scalable AI-powered solutions across SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI-powered automation solutions for enterprise business processes.
  • Build AI-powered and agent-based workflows using LLMs and GenAI technologies.
  • Integrate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful API integrations, automation, and testing across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Apply prompt engineering, retrieval workflows, RAG, and LLM API integration to develop end-to-end GenAI solutions.
  • Design scalable, reliable, and secure GenAI-powered workflows aligned with business requirements.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of SAP SD and understand integrations with SAP MM and FI.
  • Work with SAP S/4HANA environments and understand SAP business processes and validations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Understand ABAP-based implementations, SAP validations, interfaces, and integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with business users, SAP functional teams, ABAP developers, API teams, and automation teams.
  • Lead technical discussions and workshops to identify opportunities for process automation and AI adoption.
  • Troubleshoot integration, automation, and AI/ML workflow issues and drive solutions through completion.
  • Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Guide technical teams and contribute to end-to-end solution architecture and delivery.
