Job description

ERP SAVVY is ย seeking a skilled and motivatedย SAP Analystย to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withย SAP Public Cloud (GROW)ย and a strong background inย Sales and Distribution (SD)ย andย Warehouse Management (WM)ย modules. This role is critical to optimizing our business processes and ensuring seamless SAP integration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support full-cycle implementations ofย SAP Public Cloud (GROW), including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Analyze and optimize business processes in collaboration with stakeholders usingย SAP best practices
  • Configure and customizeย SAP modulesย (primarilyย SDย andย WM) to meet business needs
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Deliver user training and create documentation to supportย SAPย adoption
  • Collaborate with IT, business users, and external vendors on cross-functional projects
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and business processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 2โ€“5 years of experience with full life cycleย SAP GROW Public Cloudย implementations (SAP RISEexperience is not preferred)
  • Hands-on expertise inย SAP SDย andย SAP WMย modules
  • Experience with at least one full-cycleย SAP Public Cloudย implementation
  • Strong understanding ofย SAP ERPย environments and retail business processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
    • SAP FICO,ย P2P,ย IBP, orย SAP Customer Checkoutย modules
    • Retail systems andย POSย integration
    • SAP certifications
    • Data migration,ย SAP BTP, or integration technologies
  • Familiarity with KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Defect Resolution, and On-Budget Delivery
