THE ORGANIZATION
CHRISTUS St. Vincent is a community-based, private, not-for-profit health system and a Level III Trauma Center.  THE TEAM
Our pulmonary department cares for patients from all areas of Northern New Mexico. We provide a full range of outpatient and inpatient pulmonary services to adult & geriatric patients with asthma, sleep apnea, COPD, lung nodules/cancer, secondary pulmonary hypertension and interstitial lung disease.

Our Regional Sleep Center in Santa Fe, is Northern New Mexico’s only American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM)–accredited sleep center, which signals high clinical standards in diagnosis and treatment. It serves patients across Santa Fe and surrounding communities including Los Alamos, Española, Taos, Pojoaque, Eldorado, and Las Vegas.

The center evaluates and treats insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, snoring, narcolepsy, parasomnias, restless legs syndrome, circadian rhythm disorders, and pediatric sleep issues. Care is provided by board‑certified sleep medicine physicians and registered sleep technologists, with coordination across specialties such as ENT, cardiology, pulmonology, pediatrics, and primary care.

 THE POSITION:
If you are a nurse practitioner who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves building long-term patient relationships, and wants a schedule that supports work–life balance, then this is the role you’ve been waiting for. We’re expanding our Pulmonary–Sleep Medicine team and looking for an experienced, passionate, patient-centered nurse practitioner to join our growing specialty with huge demand and incredible stability. This position provides a 4-day work week, zero call responsibility, and no inpatient duties. EPIC EMR allows streamlined workflows, and you will become a trusted partner in helping patients reclaim their health and energy.

 Your work will include:

 · Evaluating and managing a wide range of sleep disorders

· Coordinating sleep studies (in-lab and home testing)

· Managing PAP therapy and collaboration with DME partners

· Providing follow-up care and long-term management

· Working closely with pulmonary and sleep physicians in a supportive, team-based environment

REQUIREMENTS:

    • Nurse Practitioner with active licensure
    • Experience in pulmonary, sleep medicine, or related fields is a plus
    • Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
    • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a structured outpatient setting
