CRNA Opportunity At Christus Santa Rosa Hospital

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our service-focused anesthesia team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, TX. Work alongside a seasoned group of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs at a community hospital that offers a wide scope of careโ€”just under an hour from both Austin and San Antonio.

Position Highlights:

  • $285,000 W2
  • 11 weeks off per year + post-call days
  • Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, OB/GYN
  • Call is 1:9, post-call off, and two 24-hour OB shifts per month.
  • OB deliveries average <75/month
  • CRNAs cover 5 sites of service daily
  • Manageable rotating in-house call with post-call day off
  • Collaborative team with strong autonomy and mutual support

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified CRNA
  • Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred, but we're happy to train
