About the Role: Food Runner

As a Food Runner, you play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience. You are the connection between the kitchen and our guests, helping ensure every plate arrives beautifully, every table is cared for, and every guest feels welcomed.

This is a fast-paced, team-driven role perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, movement, and working in a supportive environment.


What You’ll Do

You’ll help bring our dining experience to life by:

  • Setting up and preparing the dining room before service
  • Supporting servers with delivering food and beverages
  • Keeping tables clean, reset, and guest-ready at all times
  • Clearing and organizing dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Assisting with restocking and maintaining service stations
  • Helping maintain clean, welcoming dining and guest areas

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience as a Food Runner or entry-level restaurant role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Valid New Mexico Food Handler Certification required prior to hire
  • Valid New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit preferred
