Adecco Staffing is assisting a leading food manufacturing company in Pittsfield, NH in hiring Sanitation Associates for 3rd Shift. As a Sanitation Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring production equipment and manufacturing areas meet strict food safety and sanitation standards. This position is essential to maintaining the quality and safety of products produced within the facility.

Position: Sanitation Associate

Shift: 3rd Shift | Hours TBD

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Location: Pittsfield, NH

Job Duties:
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and manufacturing areas
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning and sanitation
• Follow sanitation schedules and food safety procedures
• Utilize cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment safely and effectively
• Remove waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Complete sanitation records, cleaning logs, and required documentation
• Inspect equipment and production areas to verify cleanliness standards are met
• Support food safety, GMP, and quality initiatives
• Assist with facility cleaning and sanitation projects as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:
• Previous sanitation, janitorial, custodial, manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Work Environment:
• Food manufacturing facility
• Clean, safety-focused environment
• Required use of hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), gloves, smocks, and other food production PPE
• Fast-paced environment with strict food safety and sanitation requirements

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and sanitation tasks
• Ability to work around production equipment and cleaning chemicals safely

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
